Update m2usenet UI and backend; add identicon renderer and nacl libs
- index.php, send.php: updated client UI
- m2usenet.go: backend changes
- identicon.php: new identicon renderer
- nacl.min.js, nacl-util.min.js: vendored client crypto libs
